Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 02.06.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 02.06.2006: - Replek AD Skopje bought 700 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 35.438 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 5.902 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 31.270 per share, through 1 transaction; - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 4.622 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.344 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 110 ordinary shares.
