Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 04.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 04.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 373 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - KIB AD Kumanovo bought 519 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.235 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 04.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 200 ordinary shares.
