According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 02.11.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.901 per share, through 1 transaction and 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.980 per share, through 1 transaction and 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.999 per share, through 1 transaction and 19 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.11.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 31 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 12 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares.
