Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 01.12.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.12.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 49 odinary shares for the price of MKD 7.151 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.12.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje- 59 ordinary shares, - EMO AD Skopje - 71 ordinary shares.
