Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 30.08.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.08.2007: Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 200 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 47.940 per share, through 1 transaction and 38 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 49.999 per share, through 4 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.08.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 718 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 34 ordinary shares.
