Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 27.10.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.10.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 499 odinary shares for the price of MKD 5.999 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 134 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 17 ordinary shares, - PZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 184 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 501 ordinary shares.
