Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 29.01.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.01.2007: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 250 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.200 per share, through 4 transactions; - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 45 preferred shares for the price of MKD 6.400 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.01.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 2 preferred shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 99 ordinary shares.
