Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that by request of two shareholders-owners of preferred shares issued by the bank and in accordance with the Decision of 24.03.2004 for conversion of preferred shares to ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, on 31.01.2005 the Central Securities Depositary has converted 1.875 preferred shares to 375 ordinary shares issued by the bank. After this change, the number of shares issued by the bank is as follows: - 365.658 ordinary shares and - 185.777 preferred shares.
