According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.08.2007: Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 45.949 per share, through 1 transaction and 13 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 45.950 per share, through 3 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.08.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 28 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 645 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 29 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 237 ordinary shares.
