According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.06.2005: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje purchased 58 ordinary shares, as follows: - 30 shares for the price of MKD 4.503 per share, through 1 transaction; - 28 shares for the price of MKD 4.600 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Investbanka AD Skopje - 47 ordinary shares; - Investbanka AD Skopje - 21 preferred shares.
