Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 27.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 205 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.550 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje – 4.500 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 38 ordinary shares, - Zito Luks AD Skopje - 319 ordinary shares.
