According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 185 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 1 transaction and 1.064 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 37 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid– 985 ordinary shares.
