Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 26.06.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.06.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 250 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.410 per share, through 2 transactions; - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 5 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.148 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep- 92 ordinary shares.
