Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 24.03.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.03.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 195 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 37 per share, through 2 transactions and 388 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 2 transactions. -Komercijalna banka AD Skopje bought 6.406 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.000 per share, through 1 block transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.03.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tutunski kobminat AD Prilep – 110 ordinary shares.
