Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 26.02.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.02.2007: - Granit AD Skopje bought 198 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 949 per share, through 1 transaction; - Granit AD Skopje bought 1.671 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 950 per share, through 7 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.02.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 158 ordinary shares, - Teteks AD Tetovo - 74 ordinary shares.
