According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.06.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 982 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 6 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.401 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 39 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.200 per share, through 3 transactions, 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.750 per share, through 1 transaction and 13 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.900 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fakom AD Skopje - 66 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid- 135 ordinary shares.
