According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.05.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 880 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 5 transactions; -Replek AD Skopje bought 260 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 25.000 per share, through 1 block transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.05.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 96 ordinary shares, - KIB AD Kumanovo- 9 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 132 ordinary shares, - Agroplod AD Resen - 2 ordinary shares, - Zito Vardar AD Veles - 128 ordinary shares.
