Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 24.05.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.05.2005: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 60 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.150 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.05.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Karpos AD Skopje - 119 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 20.165 ordinary shares.
