According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 335 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 78 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.550 per share, through 2 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo bought 2.990 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction;
