Concerning the rise of the price of shares issued by Granit AD Skopje, the management of the company submitted information to the Macedonian Stock Exchange noticing two possible reasons for the rise of the price of the company's shares: - Granit AD Skopje is a company with good financial results and secured deals for projects in Croatia and Ukraine in the next period, thus becoming very interesting for foreign investors and - The buyers of company's shares are private investors and investment funds from Slovenia and Croatia, who found their interest for buying shares issued by Granit. The company's management notices that it doesn't have any information about intentions for takeover of the company by the investment funds, and there aren't any oral or written agreements of that kind.
