According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.11.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 586 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 4 transactions and 1.745 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 10 transactions. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 24.11.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 33 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.930 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 49 ordinary shares, - Agroplod AD Resen - 7 ordinary shares.
