According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.01.2006: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid bought 150 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.578 per share, through 1 transaction; -RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 380 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 30 per share, through 2 transactions and 571 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 31 per share, through 3 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.01.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 185 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 79 preferred shares, - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje - 109 ordinary shares, - Oteks AD Ohrid - 154 ordinary shares.
