According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 389 ordinary shares, as follows: - 36 shares for the price of MKD 2.020 per share, through 2 transactions; - 353 shares for the price of MKD 2.050 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fersped AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares.
