According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.06.2005: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.500 per share, through 2 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 3.856 ordinary shares. - ЕМО AD Охрид – 55 ordinary shares.
