According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 22.02.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 286 ordinary shares, as follows: - 21 shares, for the price of MKD 2.140 per share, through 2 transactions; - 28 shares, for the price of MKD 2.149 per share, through 2 transactions; - 109 shares, for the price of MKD 2.150 per share, through 6 transactions; - 128 shares, for the price of MKD 2.160 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 22.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 260 ordinary shares.
