According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.09.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.980 per share, through 1 transaction and 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.951 per share, through 1 transaction. - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 881 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.760 per share, through 1 block transaction According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.09.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 93 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 550 ordinary shares.
