Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 21.03.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.03.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 1.302 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 37 per share, through 7 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.03.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 290 ordinary shares, - Fersped AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 29 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares, - Karpos AD Skopje - 21 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje- 31 ordinary shares, - Komuna AD Skopje - 58 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 682 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 251 ordinary shares.
