According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 21.03.2005: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 1.966 ordinary shares, as follows: - 1.933 shares for the price of MKD 2.999 per share, through 1 transaction; - 15 shares for the price of MKD 3.000 per share, through 1 transaction; - 18 shares for the price of MKD 3.001 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.03.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Beton AD Stip - 9 ordinary shares; - Emo AD Ohrid - 38 ordinary shares; - Agroplod AD Resen - 22 ordinary shares; - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 63 ordinary shares.
