According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.11.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 270 odinary shares for the price of MKD 7.350 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.11.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje- 3 ordinary shares, - TTK banka AD Skopje - 9.119 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 107 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 290 ordinary shares.
