Concerning the eventual stop of the trading in ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje on 24.03.2005 (Thursday), because of the proposed decision for change of the nominal value of the ordinary shares of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje from MKD 5.000 to MKD 1.000 that should be reached by the Bank’s Assembly, we inform that the trades in ordinary shares of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje from 22.03.2005 and 23.03.2005 will be settled on 24.03.2005, or: - trades from 22.03.2005 will have a settlement period T+2; - trades from 23.03.2005 will have a settlement period T+1. We also remind that the final information for the eventual stop of the trading in the ordinary shares of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje on 24.03.2005 will be distributed by the end of the working day on 23.03.2005 (Wednesday).
