According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 20.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 750 ordinary shares, as follows: - 25 shares for the price of MKD 2.050 per share, through 1 transaction; - 725 shares for the price of MKD 2.061 per share, through 8 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 1 ordinary share, 21 preferred shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 364 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 134 ordinary shares.
