Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 19.09.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.09.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 119 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.981 per share, through 2 transactions and 71 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.985 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.09.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 42 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 10 preferred shares.
