Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 19.03.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.03.2007: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 19 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 351 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 1.283 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 162 ordinary shares, - TTK AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares, - Vitaminka AD Prilep - 79 ordinary shares, - Makosped AD Skopje - 1.184 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 38 ordinary shares.
