Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 15.09.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 15.09.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 309 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 31 per share, through 3 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.09.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje – 1.236 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped Ad Skopje - 22 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 482 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 6.000 ordinary shares.
