Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 18.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 18.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 772 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Алкалоид AD Skopje – 321 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje- 48 ordinary shares.
