Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that the conversion of the preferred shares issued by the bank into ordinary shares can be done until 31.12.2006, except in the period from 15.02.2006 to the record date for the dividend right for the year 2005. Therefore, the owners of preferred shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje that plan to use the right for conversion of their shares into ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje should do that not later than 15.02.2005.
