According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 16.11.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 16 ordinary treasury shares, for the price of MKD 2.950 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 140 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 87 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 237 preferred shares.
