According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 15.11.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 12o ordinary shares: - 70 shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 2 transactions; - 50 shares for the price of MKD 7.960 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.11.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 135 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares, - KIB AD Kumanovo - 120 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 4 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 71 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 366 ordinary shares.
