According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.11.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 182 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 4 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.11.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares, - Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid - 1.229 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 1.140 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 419 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 75 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 77 ordinary shares.
