Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 13.07.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 13.07.2005: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 70 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.502 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 13.07.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid – 64 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 132 ordinary shares.
