Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 12.07.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.07.2006: - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 14 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.750 per share, through 2 transaction and 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.000 per share, through 5 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.07.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fersped AD Skopje - 51 ordinary shares, - Fakom AD Skopje - 44 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 26 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 578 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 212 ordinary shares.
