Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 12.04.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.04.2005: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje bought 10.070 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 1 block trade. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.04.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 558 ordinary shares; - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares.
