According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.03.2007: - Granit AD Skopje bought 34 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.109 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - OHIS AD Skopje - 56 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 75 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 29 ordinary shares.
