Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 09.08.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 09.08.2007: Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought: - 190 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 41.866 per share, through 6 transactions; - 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40.000 per share, through 1 transaction; Granit AD Skopje bought: - 80 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.399 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 09.08.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Beton AD Skopje - 3 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 1834 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares, - EMO AD Ohrid - 43 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 497 ordinary shares.
