trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 09.11.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 165 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 1 transaction and 1.494 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 8 transactions. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 09.11.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 17 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.866 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 09.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 222 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 147 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 47 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 130 ordinary shares.
