According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 31.05.2005: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 243 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.200 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 31.05.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Blagoj Gjorev AD Veles - 50 ordinary shares; - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 34 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 3.021 ordinary shares.
