Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 28.02.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.02.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 177 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 35 per share, through 1 transaction and 416 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 4 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.02.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tetovska banka AD Tetovo– 138 ordinary shares.
