In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia (BSE) from 2003 and in the interest of further development of the national capital markets and mutual stimulation of the Bulgarian and Macedonian portfolio investors activity on both markets, MSE and BSE signed today (27 September, 2010) an Agreement on the exchange of stock market trading data.  The Agreement was signed by Ivan Steriev, CEO of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and Asen Yagodin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchanges


In conformity with this Agreement the MSE and the BSE have the obligation to provide end-of-the-day data about the daily trade by market segments and financial instruments, market capitalization, the changes in the MSE and BSE indices and market prices of securities. Also, certain number of financial ratios for the 10th most liquid securities will be calculated and published on the stock exchanges web sites (www.mse.mk and www.bse-sofia.bg)  on a daily bases. 

Very soon the Belgrade Stock Exchange will join this project, which will contribute to the further regional expansion of exchange of trading data.
