According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 27 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makstil AD Skopje- 607 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 26 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 223 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 27 ordinary shares.
