Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 15.03.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 15.03.2007: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 1.500 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 360 per share, through 11 transactions 1.200 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 350 per share, through 4 transactions ; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - OHIS AD Skopje - 127 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares.
